About Us
The Highway 94 East Fire/Rescue Department is located in Northwest Arkansas, in Benton county, just east of Rogers. We are an all volunteer company covering 7.9 square miles and approximately 5 miles of Beaver Lake. The fire station was built by community members in 1994. Our equipment was secured through Benton county and the Arkansas Forestry Commission for our use.
According to United States Census information from the year 2000, Benton County is the fastest growing County in the state of Arkansas and the third fastest growing County in the United States. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers estimates that we will have over 1 million visitors traveling through the Beaver Lake area this year. With information provided by the Benton County Planning Commission, we estimate that there are over 4,000 people living within our Fire District.
The Fire Department is dispatched by Benton County Central Communications. Our Chief serves on the Benton County Rural Fire Protection Board and we also work with the Benton County Department of Emergency Management.
