We are always looking for good hands. It only takes a few hours a week to train, not a life time. It's a great way to do something honorable for your community. Extra training and classes outside of our Thursday nights is encouraged, but optional. Qualifications: -Open to any Hwy 94 E Fire area resident and bordering area -Individual must be 18 years of age or older. Have a valid drivers license. -Be of reasonable good health. -Male or Female. -Young or Old. Class Requirements: Wild Land Fire Suppresion Introduction to Fire Fighting Personal Protection Equipment First Responder (Optional) -Respond when available to our alarms -Attend regular fire company meetings Benefits: -Fire service gear provided at no cost -Annual Fire Department Christmas Supper -$50.00 membership dues waived -Community Respect -Develop New Friendships How to Apply: Stop by on any Thursday night between 7:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. to Pickup an application for membership.
